Job Description

This is a full-time salaried position that offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 per year based on national averages for similar roles in the United States. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients by assisting them with their account inquiries and needs.
  • Providing timely and accurate support to financial advisors, including facilitating the transfer of funds and securities, completing trades in client accounts, and processing checks, wires, and ACHs.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
  • The Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or the willingness to obtain them within 12 months of hire.
