Job Summary

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial and residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work activities, planning and controlling budgets, and establishing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Advise senior management.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work setting: Real estate company.
