Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at CANADA INC. This is a full-time position that requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget, and deadlines.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize financial performance.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to drive business success.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Advise senior management on strategic decisions to enhance business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate management, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Salary and Benefits
