Job Description:

Falls Avenue Resort in Niagara Falls is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role:

The Executive Director of Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, negotiating with suppliers for materials and supplies, conducting training sessions, and preparing budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses. They will also be responsible for preparing marketing plans, implementing marketing activities, enforcing policies and procedures, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, developing and implementing business plans, managing events, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a college education or equivalent experience in hospitality management, as well as 1-7 months of experience in a similar position. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
