Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work activities, planning and controlling budgets, and establishing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget, and deadlines.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Advise senior management.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work setting: Real estate company.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
