Operations Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Strategist to drive business development and operational excellence at REVEL Realty Inc., Brokerage. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and developing team members.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to optimize service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation skills to drive organizational success.
• A valid G-class driver's license and a reliable vehicle as driving around is a requirement of the role.
• Must hold an active real estate license and have 2-3 years of experience being a real estate assistant.
• Familiarity with all standard OREA forms and the NAR Matrix system.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday schedule with weekends as needed.
• In-person work location in Niagara Falls, ON L2H 1H5 (preferred).

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
