Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ace Electric Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff.
  3. Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  4. Respond to electronic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
  5. Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
  7. Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  8. Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  9. Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  10. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Client focus and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
