About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and establishing work priorities to ensure efficient office operations. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, co-ordinating office services, and preparing periodic reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration;
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Electronic mail and scheduling software knowledge.
