Description:

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Collaborate with senior management to advise on office procedures and routines.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
