Job Summary:

As a key member of Roadtrek Inc., we are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the strategic planning and execution of our production operations. This permanent position requires a leader who can develop and implement schedules, maintain inventory, and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for directing quality control, establishing departmental budgets, and developing business plans. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to ensure efficient operations
  • Evaluate daily operations and maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished products
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including equipment maintenance and replacement, and direct quality control inspections
  • Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
  • Organize and maintain inventory records and plan changes to machinery and equipment
  • Supervise technical and support staff and prepare production reports
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers and develop business plans
  • Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff and plan daily operations


Computer and Technology Knowledge:
