About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Ensiti. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise software market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct active prospecting to identify and contact new potential clients in assigned markets and territories.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and presenting our specialized solution.
  • Product Demonstrations: Plan and deliver product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Personal Sales Targets: Meet individual sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including account managers and customer support, to ensure seamless software implementation.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and competitors.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of recent experience in a business development role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in the software industry.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism (French and English) written and spoken is required.
