About the Role

Clover is a leading SMB platform that offers a comprehensive suite of solutions, from payments to point-of-sale software. As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to help us dominate the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard, train, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Contribute to and manage the team's pipeline of opportunities, negotiating terms and closing sales.
  • Sell and propose Clover's proprietary point-of-sale solution to potential customers.
  • Manage lead lists, networking, and in-market prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
  • Bilingual French and English proficiency.
  • Experience in merchant services and/or POS SaaS is required.
  • Post-secondary education is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
