Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing the Ontario market and building new customer business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities via cold calls and soft leads, especially in enterprise and government accounts
- Develop sales strategies to drive additional business
- Develop accounts via strategic sales planning
- Identify, develop, and activate partnerships to generate new leads
- Develop existing accounts provided to you by cross and upselling to them
- Present custom-made solutions to prospects
- Grow profit margin of existing accounts
- Manage sales pipeline and use tools provided to you to follow up and keep things organized (CRM)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling to enterprise accounts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- College degree or equivalent experience
- On the job training which includes 1 week in Montreal
- Less than 10% overnight travel, including some western Canada
What We Offer:
- Base salary $80,000-$100,000
- Commissions and bonuses up to $100,000
- Car allowance and expense reimbursement
- RRSP, telemedicine, health spending account, eyewear, health, dental, and 3 weeks' vacation + 1 week at Christmas
