Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning the sales cycle with our largest merchants, from prospecting to closing deals. You will also drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services, and become an expert in selling Adyen's world-class payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle with our largest merchants
- Drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services
- Become an expert in selling Adyen's world-class payment solutions
- Partner with technology leaders and solution providers
Requirements
- Experience in the payments industry and familiarity with complexities and opportunities for merchants
- Proven experience in an enterprise sales role (5+ years) selling complex solutions
- High levels of energy, love networking, connecting, and thrive in hands-on environments
- Team player who enjoys working with a global team across different offices, roles, and cultures
- Analytical, strategic negotiator with a commercially driven, goal-getting attitude
- Ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
- Fluency in English (French speaking is a plus)
