Negotiate with SuppliersNegotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices for our materials and supplies.
Manage EventsManage events and functions at our hotel, including weddings, conferences, and other special events.
Ensure Health and Safety RegulationsEnsure that our hotel is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including fire safety, food safety, and workplace safety.
Manage InventoryManage our hotel's inventory, including supplies, equipment, and other assets.
Develop and Implement Business PlansDevelop and implement business plans to ensure the continued growth and success of our hotel.
Requirements- 2+ Years of Experience in Hotel Operations
At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, including experience in supervising and managing staff.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and suppliers.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High School Diploma or EquivalentHigh school diploma or equivalent, including courses in business, hospitality, or a related field.
