Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
