Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Addiction Services Program Manager to lead our addiction services program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of adults with serious mental health and addiction concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs and services for adults with substance use disorders
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in nursing or a related field
- Current registration with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
- At least 5 years of experience in providing direct service to clients with substance dependence/substance abuse issues
- Experience working with clients with concurrent mental health and substance use issues in a community setting
