Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Lobster Port is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel arrangements.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
