Job Description
- This role involves providing expert guidance on collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance resolution.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- With a focus on employment equity, you will help identify and address barriers to diversity and inclusion within our organization.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
