We are currently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing payroll and benefits for all employees across the Hemlock Group of companies.

As a key member of our Finance and Human Resources teams, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial and employment regulations in Canada and the US.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, experience with accounting or payroll software, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities include administering payroll, preparing tax filings, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions such as performance reviews and hiring.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include extended health and dental coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation pay, RRSP matching, profit sharing, and more.
