About the RoleAs an Account Representative at Scotiabank, you will be the key point of contact for our customers in Canada, specifically in Ontario, London (ON). Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Processing transactions and managing customer accounts
- Nurturing long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely issue resolution
- Contributing to the Branch's sales targets by identifying and pursuing simple sales opportunities
- Developing expertise in digital banking applications and assisting customers in leveraging these tools to manage their finances effectively
