About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and customer service. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

* Manage sales documentation and pre-sale processes
* Assist the Sales team in hitting quarterly targets
* Work closely with the Sales and Revenue team to complete pre-sale steps within SLAs
* Verify client needs for comprehensive benefit plans
* Collaborate with Senior Sales Analysts on go-live activities
* Identify non-compliant products and create administrative documents
* Complete quality control checks to ensure compliance

Qualifications

* University degree or equivalent College diploma
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales operations, data analysis, or customer service
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a requirement for the role
