Sr Operations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide day-to-day support for resourcing across all projects with creative and design needs.
- Manage contracts for freelancers, cost allocation, and purchase orders.
- Oversee vendor management and cost allocation.
- Track sustainability metrics and report on them.
- Administer Salesforce.
- Support new hire onboarding processes.
- Handle font and image purchasing, cost allocation, and file management.
- Provide administrative and reporting support.
- Assist with agency-wide operational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills for detailed data analysis and comprehensive follow-up.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, project coordination, and task prioritization.

Skills and Abilities:

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Strong leadership and a professional attitude.
- Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (including complex formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables), Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to see and listen effectively.

Work Environment:

- Primarily an indoor, face-to-face work setting with collaborative team interactions.

Mental/Reasoning Requirements:

- Complex reading and math skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
