Isaac is growing quickly, and this is an opportunity to be a key driver of that growth. We're looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Coordinator to level-up our Sales activities. Reporting into the Director of Sales, you'll be a part of the broader Sales team that is responsible for penetrating into target accounts and supporting our end-to-end sales motions. You'll collaborate with team members across the entire business, including consultants and partners, to ensure our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be supremely organized and process-oriented. They'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable working with their colleagues across the entire business. They'll be an action-oriented team player who loves to roll up their sleeves and drive initiatives forward. They'll be naturally curious with a desire to learn and grow not only their skills but also their impact.
While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
What you'll be doing.
- CRM Management – You will be the point person for ensuring our sales and marketing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) is up-to-date. This will include some data entry and some data cleanliness work. It will also include maintaining the CRM implementation, ensuring it continues to meet the business' evolving needs, and leveraging your expertise to unlock new value from it.
- Reporting – You will be the expert when it comes to knowing what our current Sales results are and how to communicate that to the rest of the business. You'll support the maintenance and upkeep of our reporting dashboards and structures while also preparing reporting packs for key meetings.
- Sales Support – You will be a key contributor to our Sales process. You will support our consultants in managing their pipeline and preparing for sales meetings. This could include supporting pipeline review meetings, doing research on new clients, and helping put together sales materials.
Who you are.
- 1-2 years experience in an operations-focused role. Your previous title is less important than your ability to demonstrate how you kept yourself organized, managed operations, and drove initiatives forward.
- You're deeply organized. You can juggle multiple projects at once, keep disparate stakeholders on the same page, and can hold yourself to deadlines.
- You're detail-oriented. You sweat the small stuff and understand that to get things right, you must get into the weeds.
- You're a numbers person. You're comfortable with data and tools like Excel. You're able to understand the story that numbers are telling and are comfortable sharing that story with others.
- You're action-oriented. You have a bias to action. That's not to say you don't do your due diligence and drive alignment beforehand, but that you strive to move quickly and get things done.
- You're comfortable with technology. While you may not have experience with the exact tools we use, you'll be comfortable with CRMs (like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), reporting tools (like PowerBI), project management tools (like Monday.com or Asana), PowerPoint, and Excel.
- You're a relationship builder. You thrive working with others and cultivate strong relationships where everyone around you feels respected and valued.
- You're a communicator. You have strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communications to different audiences.
- You're adaptable. You are comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, adjusting to shifting priorities, and reacting to changes in real-time.
- You're eager to learn. Whether it's new skills, knowledge, or insights, you're keen to learn and expand your expertise.
