Job Description
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to senior management and the sales team, enabling them to focus on strategic and commercial responsibilities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date events database and manage event-related expenses to support business development activities.
  • Assist the VP in budget planning to anticipate resources needed to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistical, administrative, and communication organization to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Plan and execute events, including travel arrangements, to enable the sales team's participation in seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  3. Support the VP in budget planning to ensure resource allocation aligns with sales objectives.
  4. Interface with partners and industry associations to register internal teams for events, meetings, and social activities.
  5. Manage travel arrangements for sales team meetings and events to facilitate logistics and enable reps to focus on their objectives.
  6. Create memorable experiences for customers through event planning, strengthening cohesion and team dynamics, and supporting professional relationships.
  7. Assist Sales Managers with new representative onboarding and training scheduling to promote team growth and efficiency.
  8. Write and manage internal communications (memos, emails) to ensure the team is well-informed and information flows efficiently.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive planning and recommending courses of action.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Discretion and management of confidential information.
  • Collaborative and dynamic interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented creativity to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to set objectives and work autonomously based on priority.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences or business administration, or relevant studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (CRM and Canva experience is an asset).
  • Valid driver's license for events.
