Sr Operations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide day-to-day support for resourcing across all projects with creative and design needs.
2. Manage contracts for freelancers, cost allocation, and purchase orders.
3. Oversee vendor management and cost allocation.
4. Track sustainability metrics and report on them.
5. Administer Salesforce.
6. Support new hire onboarding processes.
7. Handle font and image purchasing, cost allocation, and file management.
8. Provide administrative and reporting support.
9. Assist with agency-wide operational initiatives.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment.
2. Strong analytical skills for detailed data analysis and comprehensive follow-up.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, project coordination, and task prioritization.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
3. Strong leadership and a professional attitude.
4. Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (including complex formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables), Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to see and listen effectively.

Work Environment:

1. Primarily an indoor, face-to-face work setting with collaborative team interactions.

Mental/Reasoning Requirements:

1. Complex reading and math skills.
2. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
