Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Quantum First Automation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and submit accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide expert guidance and support to resolve work-related issues, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, material requisitioning, and supply chain coordination.
