- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies, ensuring they are fair and competitive.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate coverage and support.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales and customer service.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales management role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and sit for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, efficient, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, excellent oral and written communication skills.
