Job Summary

Million Miles Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure that they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Information Flow: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and direct staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • HR Projects: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures, ensuring that all office operations are running smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Plan and implement training and development strategies, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Advisory Role: Provide advisory support to senior management, ensuring that all decisions are informed and strategic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
