Job Summary

Million Miles Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • HR Support: Provide support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating benefits.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring a safe and healthy workspace for all employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
