About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Slice Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial resources to ensure that we are operating within our means.
    • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
