Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Okanagan Good Food Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards, and that our kitchen and food service areas are clean and safe.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
