Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hi Five 24 Food Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food and services.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to minimize waste.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
