Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced food service environment, with staff accommodation available.
- Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, and maintain records and reports.
- Supervision: Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
