Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
