Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Best Safety Services Inc. as an Office Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising a team of 11-15 people.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
