We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at VENDEx Realty Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff and oversee their performance
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate office performance and implement improvements
  • Oversee payroll administration and budget planning
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in administrative management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and other administrative software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Work Environment:
