About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Star Electrical Services Inc. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office activities.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure that the office is well-organized and that all necessary resources are available to support the team.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects, including research, planning, and execution.
    • Provide support to the management team on special projects, as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
