Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office activities.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure that the office is well-organized and that all necessary resources are available to support the team.
- Communication and Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and government agencies.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Special Projects
