Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SK Global Traders Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, and time management.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
