Sales and Business Development Representative

Sales RoleWe are seeking a Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hardware industry or a comparable field.
The successful candidate will have excellent networking and relationship building skills, with strong executional abilities and a focus on development of behavioral and technological skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives in your assigned territory.
- Strengthen relationships with our distributors and their customers through regular visits and online training.
- Optimize sales from existing customers and identify new potential customers.
- Manage original equipment manufacturers present in the territory and provide support and expertise in the use of Blum products and services.
This role requires frequent travel, including overnight trips, and ideally based in Ottawa, Ontario. The salary range for this position is estimated to be $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Qualifications- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing platforms and ERPs, as well as advanced skills in MS Office programs.
- Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing trends and think creatively.
