The Senior Sales Liaison role at Chartwell Retirement Residence presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven sales professional. Key Responsibilities:- Leverage Chartwell's consultative sales process to provide personalized guidance to seniors and their families, helping them make informed decisions about retirement residences.
- Drive occupancy levels and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Effectively manage telephone inquiries, convert leads into personal visits, and close sales through lease signings.
- Analyze sales trends and track activity in our CRM database to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with local healthcare professionals and communities to drive referrals and traffic.
- Proven experience in a consultative sales role, with a strong ability to follow established sales processes and prospect for new business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer service abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to network, multi-task, and promote services effectively.
- Familiarity with the surrounding area and knowledge of related software programs.
- Valid provincial driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
