Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Chef Supervision and Training

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management and Control

Manage inventory levels and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Certifications and Licenses

Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
