Chef Supervision and TrainingLead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional dishes.
Inventory Management and Supply ChainOversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
Food Safety and Quality ControlImplement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Kitchen Operations and MaintenanceManage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including cleaning, maintenance, and equipment management.
Requirements- Education and Certifications
A Safe Food Handling certificate and a Food Safety Certificate are required.
Work ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, chef supervision, and inventory management.
Personal QualitiesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
