- Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce waste and minimize expenses.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
- Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate the best possible prices.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, culinary leadership, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
