About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 people, including kitchen cupboard and vanity installers.
    • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Project Management
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
    • Recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
    • Monitor and report any safety incidents or concerns.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.
    • Work collaboratively with staff in various areas of responsibility to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
