About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries on site.
  • Quality Control: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and ensure compliance to drawings, specifications, and building codes to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project activities.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a construction site supervision role is required.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player skills are essential for this role.
