About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers, including kitchen cupboard and vanity installers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and specifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead individuals.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week. Free parking is available on site. The work language is English.
