About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 workers, including kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
