Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NSUS GROUP INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and resolve technical issues using technical manuals, guides, and other resources
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Manage incidents and provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
